• Handbrush or vacuum regularly.
• If liquid is spilled onto the rug, blot immediately with an undyed cloth.
• Avoid use of harsh chemicals and scrubbing to remove stains.
• Avoid pulling loose threads, use scissors to gently cut them.
• Vacuum, roll inwards and store flat in a cool, dry place.

Every rug is handcrafted and custom-made by our artisans, so dispatch takes 20–25 business days. Good things take time—and this one's being made just for your space.

Because each rug is made to order, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. If there's ever a quality or finishing issue, we'll happily review it and offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes up to 5 business days within India and 14–18 business days internationally.
